Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Mavoryne Studio Ltd collects, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to mavoryne.studio and to enquiries sent to the studio by email.

Who we are

Mavoryne Studio Ltd is registered in England and Wales (company number 09482137) at Unit 4, Bermondsey Print Works, London SE1 3UN. We act as the data controller for the information described in this policy. Questions go to privacy@mavoryne.studio.

What we collect

Enquiry details. When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, the label or brand you represent, and whatever you write in the message field, along with your answers to the project type, timing and budget questions.

Newsletter details. If you subscribe to The Dispatch we store your email address and the date you subscribed.

Usage data. We collect aggregate, non-identifying analytics about which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not build behavioural profiles.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a scope and quote, and keep a record of what was agreed. To send The Dispatch if you asked for it. To understand which parts of the site are useful so we can improve them.

We rely on legitimate interest for replying to enquiries, consent for the newsletter, and contract performance for work we are engaged to deliver.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 24 months. Project records are kept for seven years to satisfy UK accounting requirements. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do from the footer of any issue.

Who we share it with

Our email provider, our accounting software and our site host process data on our behalf under written agreements. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers. Where a processor is outside the UK or EEA, transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, or ask us to restrict it. Write to privacy@mavoryne.studio and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

The site sets no marketing or advertising cookies. Analytics are collected in aggregate without cookies and without storing IP addresses, so there is nothing here that tracks you between visits or between sites.
